Ms Michelle
Master of Education. Doctoral Candidate
Ms Michelle is the campus education leader and an Early Childhood Lecturer. She lecturers in the field of Early Childhood Education at Leading Australian Tertiary Institutions to empower future Early Childhood teachers, delivering the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
Ms Michelle is a phenomenal lecturer who inspires early childhood educators to engage in lifelong learning, as “The first five years of a child’s life provides the fundamental skills for future learning”. She has been working in the Early Childhood field for over a decade. She has gained a wealth of experience teaching in private, catholic and government primary schools, bringing this knowledge into the school readiness program delivered at Twinkle Tots. Ms Michelle leads the direction of the campus’s education programs holistically.

Ms Lena has her Bachelor of Teaching degree and has been in the industry for over three decades. She has an enthusiasm and passion for the industry which is unfailing. Ms Lena is an experienced early childhood educator teacher with an interest in learning, pedagogy and play.
Creating sustainable and prosperous relationships holistically with families, educators and the service is of crucial importance to Ms Lena. Ms Lena prides her service on the small groupings, which promote optimum learning and nurturing environments.
